Music Programs

HaZamarim (The Singers)

We love to sing, and are passionate about the music of our people.  Led by our Cantor, Mariana Gindlin. We meet every Sunday (when there is Sunday School) at 11:15 for half an hour to explore and practice our treasures of beautiful Jewish music.
That is not all!!

We believe we can help God in healing the world by bringing our music once a month to those in need. We go to nursing homes to refresh the spirits of the elderly and bring them joy. We sing for the children in the hospitals bringing them comfort and hope. Moreover we take travel trips and prepare concerts to raise funds for our favorite charities.

Our Congregational Shabbat Choir

At Temple Sinai, music is fundamental not only in our shared worship experience but also in our total community life.

Every Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 pm we meet for rehearsal, led by Cantor Mariana Gindlin. Once a month, we sing at Friday night Services. You do not need to know Hebrew nor read music to join and sing out. You simply have to love to sing our precious Jewish music. Come, enhance our spiritual experience by adding your voice to our voices in singing together the music of our people

Our Congregational Band

We are a spirited group of all ages who love to play once a month at our Friday night services. We are led by Cantor Mariana Gindlin and meet once a week to rehearse music together. Our music lifts the hearts of our Temple Sinai family.
