Deb Hicks, Temple Sinai Controller, has 30 years in finance and accounting experience after graduating from Du Page University. Born and raised in Chicago, Deb and her husband of 17 years spent their married life in San Diego. Recently they moved to Las Vegas were aging family is happy to have them close. Deb is a sun worshipper that enjoys relaxing poolside, dining out and socializing with her family and 2 loving cats.

Andy Saylor has more than thirty years experience with Facilities Direction. He attended college  at Georgia Tech, and has previously managed schools and hospitals. Andy moved to Las Vegas in 2001. He is the father of two teens and an avid volunteer. When time permits, he enjoys  dabbling in theater and film. 

Debra Lazer is our Executive Assistant and has been with Temple Sinai for four years. Debra, along with her daughter Alyssa, hails from Vancouver, British Columbia and has been in Las Vegas since 2004. Debra is currently working on her Master’s in Education at UNLV and has a number of years of teaching experience as well as Jewish Non-profit experience. Debra enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with family and friends; she also lived in Israel for six years and is a fluent Hebrew speaker.  Drop by the Temple office sometime during the week and say hi!
